NEW ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO TESOL JOURNAL AND QUARTERLY:

The full text of the TESOL Journal and the TESOL Quarterly is available electronically to Aston University staff and students only. To link to the full text, you will need to follow the link from the Library catalogue or go direct to http://www.aston.ac.uk/lis/eis/tesol/ and click on the Access to TESOL Journals link. You will then be asked to login. You need to type in your Aston University Unix login (see below). You will then be able to choose whether to look at the TESOL Journal or the TESOL Quarterly. Please use the back button to return to the page to change journals.    You will not be asked for your username and password again to view the other title, unless you close the browser and/or start a new Internet session.

The TESOL Journal is NOW available electronically in full text from 1991-2002 (volumes 1-11). The Library also has this journal in print from 1993 to the present    and this can be accessed in person on 1 st floor of the Library at 400 TES. Distance learners, part-time and placement students may ask for photocopies using the serviced photocopying service, details of which are given at    http://www.aston.ac.uk/lis/general/copying.htm#Serviced .

The TESOL Quarterly is NOW available electronically in full text from 1967-2003 (volumes 1-36). The Library also has this journal in print from 1979 to the present and this too can be accessed in person on 1 st floor of the Library at 400 TES. Unix login: Each student of the University is issued with their Unix username and password when they register with the University and get/ are sent their Smart Campus Card. This is the same as is used for 'Aston Webmail'. if you are unsure what your your Unix login is, please contact your School Computer Officer.

The Unix login takes the form of e.g. Username: bloggsj    Password: tesp+msc
