For those of you who use questionairres in your action research or classrooms, I've found a book that seems very useful and informative which some of you are bound to know:

Dörnyei, Z. (2003), Questionnaires in Second Language Research: Construction, Administration and Processing. Mahwah, NJ: Lawrence Erlbaum. ISBN: 0805839097

If you happen to enjoy Dörnyei's books as much as I do, you might keep an eye out for his latest:

Hi Robert & everyone,

Thanks for that excellent reference about making questionnaires. I've done some searching about and have found some excellent reviews of the book: In TESL-EJ, Applied Linguistics, and even one at Amazon.com.
